We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping (£12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Includes basic tracking
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Urban Chic Shop purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Swimwear (unless defective with hygienic liner intact)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for Approval – Our Style Team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.
- Package Securely – Include all tags and original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
- If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
